Introduction to the Backup Process : 

Most of the time, The negligence of the Backup Process hits as a stroke on the head,
it happens suddenly without any warning, and you'll realize then that you don't have 
but a piece of electronic functioning without any sense. The purpose of the Backup 
Process is to keep your business secure, running without any DATA LOSS and 
any headache.

How Backup Process should be done :


1 - Two copies of three sets of data media should be used for the 
      backup daily :

1 - Media1 : grandfather1. 2 - Media2 : father1. 3 - Media3 : son1. (Two copies)
4 - Media4 : grandfather2. 5 - Media5 : father2. 6 - Media6 : son2. (Two copies)
Label media 1 through 3 " mon1, tue1, wed1, thu1, fri1, sat1 " respectively.
Label media 4 through 6 " mon2, tue2, wed2, thu2, fri2, sat2 " respectively.


2 - Four sets of data media should be used for the backup weekly :

1 - Media7.   2 - Media8. 3 - Media9. 4 - Media10.
Label media 7,8,9 and 10 end of " week1 ,week2, week3, week4 " (Full Backup).


3 - Twelve sets of data media should be used for the backup yearly :

1 - Media11.  2 - Media12.  3 - Media13.   4 - Media14.   5 - Media15.   6 - Media16.
7 - Media17.  8 - Media18.  9 - Media19. 10 - Media20. 11 - Media21. 12 - Media22.
Label media 11 through 22 end of " month1,month2, ୯nth12 ".


4 - Rules :

 • At the end of Week1, media 1 through 3 and media7 are shipped off-site.
 • At the end of Week2, media 4 through 6 and media8 are shipped off-site, and media 1
   through 3 comes back.
 • At the end of Week3, media 1 through 3 and media9 are shipped off-site, and media 4
   through 6 comes back.
 • At the end of Week4, media 4 through 6, media10 and media11 are shipped off-site, 
   and media 1 through 3 comes back and so on༯font>
